1. Does the J-Mount fit my handlebars?
The J-mount has a flat base to mount on any form of tower or existing surface and also comes with a handlebar clamp for a 30mm diameter bar. We also offer as an extra purchase a fitting of aluminum clamps for mounting a J-Mount on a 12mm diameter cross bar which on some handlebars has blocked the 30mm bar.
2. How do I purchase your products?
We sell our products through various distributions. They include online distribution through Amazon.com and Takealot.com, in stores and dealerships as well as our international distributor Curtis Mobile who can export or ship directly to you. 3. Do you sell internationally?
Yes, you can ship through Amazon to anywhere in the world or Contact Curtis Mobile at debtors@curtismobile.co.za to export from South Africa through our international distributor.
4. Will it fit my device?
Each J-Mount title has the model name present where you can then visit your model product page and find a list of included model numbers. Some J-Mounts such as the phone mounts have general sizing and are not device-specific. for these products, there are inner dimensions given in millimeters for you to directly compare your device size (a quick Google search should do the trick).
5. I want to order custom-colored J-Mounts for my team, do you offer this?
It requires going down to the manufacturing level, which means it can be arranged at a set quantity with a set lead time as the stock needs to be manufactured. Contact J-Mount at jay@j-mount.com for enquiries.
6. How do I claim my guarantee?
Our 12-month guarantee applies to defects and J-Mount-related functionality issues. If your mount is not functional due to a crash or neglect use the guarantee does not apply. To receive a new mount through the guarantee process you must contact your dealer or jay@j-mount.com with your original purchase invoice or slip to return the defective J-Mount, then after receiving your defective mount we will then ship a new mount to your dealer or you depending on your sales channel used.

8. Will you be making a J-mount for my device?
Our products page shows our range which might already include your device but if you can’t find it there you can go to the “next product” product page and send in your demand indication with our next product suggestion box. This is encouraged as it gives us a clear indication of what products the community needs.
9. I need a J-Mount urgently. What is my best option?
Depending on the time you have you can either buy through our online channels which are efficient at product shipment or alternatively if the fastest method is desired you can contact debtors@curtismobile.co.za for direct stock and shipment. If all options do not satisfy your timeline, then contact jay@j-mount.com to discuss any further options.
10. Do you sell individual parts?
Although we don’t sell single parts, we do have a spare parts J-mount pack for sale which includes: 1 x handlebar clamp, 1 x handlebar base, 1 x J-mount baseplate, set of screws.

12. What is the recommended retail pricing of your products?
Retail prices might differ based on location and dealer markups.
